Arlington, WA · Snohomish, King & Skagit County job sites

We run an all-Bobcat fleet — E88 and E60 excavators, a T650 track loader, an MT100 mini, and more. We need an operator who can step onto a site, read the work, and move dirt cleanly without hand-holding.

What you'll do

  • Operate excavators, track loaders and mini loaders across excavation, grading and land-clearing jobs
  • Grade to plan, cut trenches, build pads, load trucks and handle material
  • Work safely around a tree crew, ground labor and other machines
  • Daily equipment checks, greasing and basic upkeep
  • Show up on time, ready to work, and treat the customer's property right

What we're looking for

  • Real seat time on excavators and track loaders (not a weekend hobby)
  • Able to hit a grade and follow a site plan
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
  • Comfortable on uneven ground, slopes and tight residential lots
  • Dependable, drug-free, and takes pride in the work
