An all-Bobcat fleet and the trucks to haul our own material — so haul-off is never a marked-up subcontractor line, and the schedule stays ours to control.
Owning the fleet outright is a scheduling advantage, not a vanity point. When the machines and the trucks belong to us, we are not waiting on a rental yard or a subcontracted hauler. The dig starts when it is meant to, and the spoil leaves when the dig finishes — not three days later.

Foundations and mass excavation
The Bobcat E88 for depth and reach, with the dump trucks staged to take spoil as it comes out.
Trenching, drains and retaining walls
The Bobcat E60, sized for residential lots, with the T650 track loader moving rock and backfill.
Backyards and gated access
The MT100 mini track loader, which fits through a garden gate where a full-size machine cannot go.
Tree removal and land clearing
Climbers and a full set of Stihl saws for the trees, the Bandit 200XP chipper for brush, and an excavator to pull stumps.
Grading and finish work
The T650 compact track loader for shaping, spreading rock and topsoil, and leaving a clean finished grade.
Haul-off and delivery
Our Ford F450 dump truck and PJ 14-yard roll-off trailer for spoil and debris, with the other trucks towing machines to the next site.
Because one crew runs all of it, the same visit can cover tree removal, land clearing, excavation, grading and haul-off without a hand-off between contractors.

Can your equipment fit into my backyard?

Often, yes. The Bobcat MT100 mini track loader fits through a typical garden gate, and the E60 excavator works on tight residential lots.
Will heavy equipment damage my lawn or driveway?

Tracked machines spread their weight better than wheeled ones, and we protect lawns and driveways with mats where needed. Any disturbed ground is graded before we leave.
Why does it matter that you own your equipment and trucks?

Because the schedule is ours. We are not waiting on a rental yard or a subcontracted hauler, so the dig starts when it should and the spoil leaves when the dig is done.
Do you bring the chipper on tree jobs?

Yes. The Bandit 200XP chips brush and limbs on site so debris leaves compact, or stays as mulch if you want it.
