Most site work is not one trade. A new house needs trees down, ground cleared, a foundation dug, utilities trenched, water managed and material hauled in and out. Usually that means a tree service, an excavator, a drainage contractor and a trucking company, each with its own schedule and its own markup.
DirtRaptor runs all of it with one owner-operated crew, an all-Bobcat fleet and our own dump trucks. Excavation, land clearing, tree removal, grading and drainage, demolition and hauling happen in the order the job needs, without waiting for the next contractor to show up.

What a full DirtRaptor job looks like
New home or ADU site
Tree removal and land clearing for the footprint, excavation for the foundation and utility trenches, grading for drainage, then spoil haul-off and gravel delivery for the driveway. Six services, one crew, one schedule.
Teardown and rebuild
Demolition of the old house and slab, removal of the trees approved to come out, protection for the ones staying, and excavation for the new foundation, with every load hauled on our own trucks.
Pasture or acreage recovery
Brush and blackberry clearing, alder and hazard tree removal along fence lines, stump pulling, ditch cleaning and grading so the ground drains and can be reseeded or fenced.
Wet yard or failing patio
Grading so the ground falls away from the house, French or curtain drains carried to an approved outlet, and removal of the old concrete or pavers that were sitting in water.

Do I need separate contractors for trees and excavation?

Not with DirtRaptor. Most excavators subcontract tree work and haul-off, and most tree services cannot dig. We do all of it with one crew and our own trucks, which saves a mobilisation and the waiting between trades.

Do you work for homeowners or contractors?

Both. Homeowners call us for trees, drainage, clearing and demolition. Builders and general contractors bring us in for site prep, foundation excavation and haul-off.
