Four Counties, One Crew

Snohomish, King, Skagit and Pierce County, Washington.

Where We Work

Excavation, land clearing and tree service across western Washington

DirtRaptor is based in Snohomish County, and most of our work happens within a short drive of home: Everett, Marysville, Arlington, Lake Stevens, Snohomish, Monroe, Mill Creek, Lynnwood, Edmonds and Mukilteo, plus the north King County cities of Bothell, Kenmore, Woodinville, Kirkland, Redmond and Shoreline.

The ground changes a lot across that area. Glacial till under the suburbs, soft river valleys around Snohomish, Monroe and Stanwood, bluffs along Puget Sound and foothill rock toward Granite Falls and Gold Bar all change how a job is dug, drained and permitted. Every city page below covers the local ground, water, trees, permits and the jobs we do most there.

For larger jobs we also work in Skagit County and Pierce County. Not sure if you are in range? Send the address with a quote request and we will tell you.

Questions

Service area FAQs

What is your core service area?

+

Snohomish County and north King County, from Edmonds, Everett and Arlington to Bothell, Woodinville, Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue and Seattle's north end. Jobs of every size are welcome here.

Do you take jobs in Skagit and Pierce County?

+

Yes, where the scope justifies the mobilisation. We often pair Skagit work with Stanwood and north Snohomish County jobs to keep costs down.

Does the permit office change depending on where I live?

+

Yes. Inside city limits the city issues permits; outside them it is the county. Tree and clearing rules also vary a lot by city, which is why each city page spells out the local rules.

My town is not listed. Can you still help?

+

Probably. We cover the unincorporated areas around every listed city. Send the address through the quote form and we will tell you right away.
